Ranger's Story
From the moment I first saw photos of the wonderful Magik (Fonteposca's True Magik), an Italian import by Brian and Lesley Childs (Brialey Beagles, Australia), I have been in love with this dog. His wonderful conformation, movement and colour has stunned me! I envied his owners, and the owners of his puppies, and no wonder that, when I was granted the opportunity to own one of his sons, I couldn't say no!
I was granted the wonderful opportunity to own this stunning boy in August 2018, by a good friend and breeder here in South Africa. It was hard to contain my excitement, and eventually, in February 2019, I was privileged to pick my lovely new boy up from after the long journey from Australia. How did this boy surprise me! He has a stunning personality, his boundless intelligence, great conformation and awesome head! It is a joy having him around!
I have to thank Ranger's breeders, Donna & Steward Flew for this wonderful opportunity. We look forward to exhibiting him, and even more so, we look forward to his first litter!
I stole a quote from the Brialey website, one that stuck with me since I first read it, and I do really hope this will be true for Ranger too!
When you look at a dog's pedigree, it tells you what he OUGHT to be....
When you look at a dog in the ring, it tells you what he SEEMS to be....
When you look at a dog's progeny, it tells you what he IS.

A few names that stands out is Brialey It'n a Bit, Multi CH Tradewinds lil bit of Fire, the Snugglewood's Z litter, Altajara Incredible but True and many more; Many great champions make up Ranger's ancestry, and we hope for him to follow in their footsteps!
